"Move and Protect your furniture"
We will move around your light furniture and place plastic tabs to protect it throughout and after the steam cleaning process.
"Carpet Vacuuming"
Before we do anything else we will vacuum your carpet thoroughly. We use Kirby vacuums with their HEPA Filtration proven to trap 99.97% of particles as small as 0.3 microns including household allergens. This alone will improve the air quality in your home or office.
"Carpet Pre-treatment"
After moving your light furniture we will pre-spray your carpet with a special solution to break down all dirt and grime bonded deep into your carpet fibers. We pay extra attention in high traffic and stained carpet areas. We use a soap free carpet cleaning solution, so no sticky residue is left behind.
"Carpet Grooming"
We will pre-brush the carpet fiber to help loosen dirt and grime from it. This is critically important for high traffic areas, because they receive more traffic than the rest of your carpet.
"Carpet Steam Cleaning"
We use a powerful steam cleaning extraction method recommended by leading USA carpet manufacturers. Cleaning solution and water heated up to 210 degrees are sprayed into the carpet fiber while powerful multiple stage vacuum motors suck water and dirt back into the carpet cleaning machine. The carpet is left damp to the touch without over wetting.
Stains Removal
For any stubborn stains we have variety of cleaning techniques and we will not give up until we've tried them all.

"Carpet Protection"
After the steam cleaning is complete it's time to protect your carpet. For a small additional fee we can apply carpet protector. It creates an invisible shield for the carpet fiber and will give you more time to take care of new spills before they become permanent. Its biggest job though is not letting dry soil bond with the carpet fiber. This way your carpet will look cleaner for longer.
