Many times our customers have special requirements & expectations about their mattress cleaning service. We will listen to you carefully while our staff performs a simple tile inspection. Customer satisfaction is number one on our list.
Before we start with the mattress cleaning, we will pick up any large debris and vacuum if needed.
We will pre-spray your mattress with special solution to break down all bodily fluids build up from the fibers. We pay extra attention to yellow accident stains and other heavily stained areas. We use soap free mattress cleaning solution, so no sticky residue is left behind.
After the pre-treatment has been on the mattress for about 10 minutes, we will pre-brush the entire surface area we are about to clean to loosen up the dirt particles furthermore, resulting in better final result.
We use a powerful steam cleaning extraction method to spray cleaning solution and water into the mattress fabric, while powerful multiple stage vacuum motors suck water and dirt back into the cleaning machine. The mattress is left soft, clean and damp to the touch without over wetting it.
For any stubborn stains we have variety of cleaning techniques and we will not give up until we’ve tried them all.
For small additional fee of $20 per mattress we can apply mattress odor treatment, which will help eliminate all sweat and bodily odors, including pee accidents from your mattress.

We charge $45 for twin size mattress, $65 for queen size mattress and $95 for king size mattress. We also offer enzyme odor treatment for an additional $20. Minimum work order applies.

Stains removal depends on the fiber blend your mattress is made of. Synthetic fabric clean very well, while natural cotton fabric can have permanent discoloration. Urine odor on other hand can be completely removed if it has been contained within the first inch or so from the surface. If the urine has penetrated the mattress surface deeper than that complete odor removal is impossible, but it will definitely be an improvement from before the cleaning.
Most mattresses nowadays are one sided pillowtop vs decades ago, when you could flip the mattress and sleep on either side. Because of that only one side of the mattress is cleanable.
That will depend on the type of fabric and current condition of your mattress. In most cases, the mattress is fully dry and ready to use the same day we clean it.
We are open 7 days a week and, in most cases, we can have a tech at your home next day. In some cases, we can even schedule an appointment for the same day.
