Vacuuming"
Before we do anything else we will take the time to zip-brush your upholstery thoroughly to pick up as much dust, hair and lint as possible. For this purpose we are going to use a Kirby Vacuum with their HEPA Filtration proven to trap 99.97% of particles as small as 0.3 microns including household allergens. This alone will result in improved air quality in your home or office.

Pre-treatment"
After determining the type of material the upholstery is made of we, will pre-spray it with a special solution to break down all dirt and soil bonded deep into your upholstery fiber. We use a soap free cleaning solution, so no sticky residue is left behind that acts like magnet to dirt and stains.
Pre-brushing"
We will pre-brush the fiber to help loosen dirt and grime from it.

Steam Cleaning"
We use a powerful steam cleaning extraction method with water heated of up to 210 degrees. Cleaning solution is sprayed into the fiber while powerful multiple stage vacuum motors suck the water and dirt back into the steam cleaning machine. The upholstery is left damp to touch without over wetting it.
Stains Removal
For any stubborn stains, still persisting after the cleaning we have variety of cleaning techniques and we will not give up until we've tried them all.
"Enzyme Treatment"
Deodorizer comes standard. However if you happen to be pet owner you should know – pet dander is main trigger for home allergies & asthma. For a small additional fee we can apply our non-toxic, biodegradable product, which contains a pleasant fragrance to neutralize odors immediately, while the bacterial enzyme action ingests the cause of the odor.
Upholstery Protection
After the steam cleaning is done its time to protect your upholstery. For a small additional fee we will apply protector for your upholstery which creates invisible shield to protect the fiber from spills and stains becoming permanent. It does that by providing you with extra time to take care of the spill before become permanent. Its biggest job though is not letting dry soil bond with the fibers. This way your upholstery will look cleaner for longer.
Post-brushing"
We will pre-brush the carpet fiber to help loosen dirt and grime from it. This is critically important for high traffic areas, as they receive more traffic than the rest of your carpet.
